New Account & Product Sell Thru Guarantee

We understand you may be hesitant to bring on a new brand or product to your store. That's why we offer the New Account & Product Sell Thru Guarantee. 

We are confident you'll be satisfied with our products, both in terms of quality and sell thru.

If you are a new account or ordering a new product you haven't ordered before  - and for any reason you are unhappy -  you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - Full terms and condition below:

Terms & conditions of New Account & Product Sell Thru Guarantee:  Guarantee applies to all new accounts for their first order, as well as to any individual product ordered for the first time by existing accounts.  All items must be new/unused, in original condition, with tags still on, and free of any scents or markings. Buyer must ship the items back and will get a full refund on the products returned (please note - outbound shipping charges cannot be refunded). Refunds are processed within 2 business days of the return being delivered. To start a return through The Guarantee, simply email us to get started.

All Other Sales are for Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit - No Refunds

Any defects or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. These will be replaced or credited on your next order.

 Return Policy:

  • Products are eligible for returns for 30 days after delivery*

  • Returns are only for exchanges or credit towards future orders
  • Buyer pays return shipping on returns and outbound shipping on exchange.

*All items must be new/unused (tags on), free of any scent, stains, or markings.  Please don't send back used or washed items. - if we can't resell it, we can't credit you for the return. No returns on international orders.

Wrong addresses

Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.

If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will need to re-charge you for the new shipping as well as return shipping we are charged (if applicable).  If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund. 

International Orders

No Refunds or Returns of any kind on International Orders. All International Sales are Final.
