Shipping Informaiton

  • Shipping and handing charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • We offer heavily discounted shipping rates and ship directly from our San Diego warehouse.  
  • We ship all orders within one week, usually within just 1-2 days.

Missing Packages:

We guarantee delivery to all commercial addresses with correct addresses. You must notify us within 48 hours of a missing package. We will reship or credit your account if the package cannot be found.

If delivery is to a residential address - we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped to residential locations- please provide commercial address for theft issues. We can add a signature required fee if you request it.

Wrong addresses / Return to Sender

Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.

If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will need to re-charge you for the new shipping as well as return shipping we are charged (if applicable).  If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. 

International Orders

Please ensure your contact information is accurate during checkout, including a phone number. Please be advised that each country and product has different customs duties, therefore we must ship all items DAP/DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). We are not responsible for customs duties, and many countries require duties to be paid upon delivery and will contact you for payment before delivery. If they cannot contact you, they will send the package back - we are not responsible for return to sender packages, and we will require new shipping charges to reship (plus any applicable return to sender charges incurred).
